Healthy Livin’ Preventative Outreach Program – health education, routine check-ups, transportation to and from clinic/dental visit, referrals, financial assistance with medication prescription drugs and refill needs. Exercise and nutrition planner. Free goody bags including a medical alert bracelet, a journal book and a pen. Free healthy eating recipes including special dietary needs, free glucose meter and strips. Alcohol and drug prevention services
In the Hands of Hope – re-entry services, access to housing, employment, food, clothing, information and referrals to community services
Steppin’ Up – information and referrals, access to food and clothing
Opening Doors – drop-in center providing needs assessment, life coaching, case management, referrals, housing placement, 2 meals a day, computer access to eSchool, personal care items and transportation services
