Qualify as homeless
Have a mental health diagnosis
Earn $1442/month or less upon entry. Stony Point Commons: Be an individual with a disability (we serve individuals with severe and persistent mental health conditions)
Have income classified as extremely low/low
Meet the HUD definition of chronically homeless.
