Senior independence program which offers companionship, care management, service hubs and volunteer connections. Humanitarian services which offers refugee resettlement, foster care services for unaccompanied refugee minors, disaster response services, therapeutic foster care, interpreter and immigration services. Imagine Thriving program which offers mental health education, community-based behavioral health services and resources for school and communities.
Monday-Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm; 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Closed on Fridays at 12:00pm and Memorial Day through Labor Day
