Valid Work Permit, I-94 / Residence Alien Card if applicable
Birth Certificate for all children living with you
Social Security Cards for children
Marriage Certificate / Divorce decree
provide all sources of income. this includes employment, unemployment, TANF, Food Stamps
employment history in the past 3 years
residence history in the past 3 years
proof of homelessness : letter from a shelter
must be drug/alcohol free
must pay 30% of income towards rent
Program does not accept individuals with:
sex-related offenses
received Tenant Based Rental Assistance in the past
not willing to work towards self-sufficiency
those not able to work full-time
