About Hope Community Services
Hope Community Services (HCS) provides permanent housing program through City of New Rochelle Re-housing Initiative (CNR), transitional housing program, housing stabilization program, clothing, soup kitchen, outreach services, referential services, transitional services and citizenship courses.
Office: Monday-Friday 10:00am – 6:00pm
Registration: 2:00pm – 4:00pm
Food Pantry: 9:00am – 12:00am
