LIFTING UP WESTCHESTER (LUW) provides stable, long-term, housing, supportive housing as well as referral services and ongoing case management support.
Shelter Plus Care Program provides budget counseling, emergency payment of rent, utility payments to restore services or prevent utility shut-off, housing relocation assistance with locating affordable units and/or relocation expenses legal assistance and intervention with illegal evictions, rent increases o discrimination, information and referral to resources and entitlements.
Housing Opportunities for People with AIDS (HOPWA) provides permanent supportive housing program, ongoing rental assistance and case management supports.
