Veteran’s Housing – emergency shelter, short-term housing and transitional housing. Rapid re-housing programs and permanent supportive housing. All of these housing options come with case management services, employment and housing services as well as referrals to other community resources.
Resident Assistant and Resident Intern Program – housing, volunteer opportunities, work opportunities, leadership and employment skills building.
Life Changers – housing, basic needs, assistance with continuing education, obtaining employment and permanent housing
Clear Path – housing, case management, assistance with obtaining identification and disability paperwork. Also provides linkage to substance abuse, mental and physical health services.
Career Resource Center – access to a computer lab, resume building, computer literacy, assistance with applying for jobs and other employment services.
PATH – outreach services, case management, access to medication and treatment programs, as well as housing options.
Recuperative Care – respite care
Upward Program – residential addiction recovery, case management, relapse prevention, linkage to employment opportunities and housing options.
Georgia Works – employment services, work opportunities, GED classes, AA/NA classes, life skills classes, case management, workforce training, personal support, assistance with obtaining a driver’s license, assistance with opening a bank account.
Client Engagement Center (CEC) – public toilets, shower/hygiene kits, water fountains, access to telephones, a coin-operated laundry, storage lockers and a clothing closet. Also provides linkage to reunification services, mental health services, substance abuse services, a primary care medical clinic, employment services, housing services and veteran’s services.
Hope Atlanta Traveler’s Aid – reunification services with loved ones in other states
Division of Family and Children Services- access to food stamps and other resources
Caroline’s Kitchen – soup kitchen, career opportunities, life skills, culinary skills, coaching.
