Country Club Hills Wellness Center (CCHWC) provides permanent supportive housing. They provide full commercial kitchen, computer lab, community room, conference room and class room space.
Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) provides permanent supportive housing program which operates 2 buildings with 6 units total.
Families First Permanent provides permanent supportive housing program,  case management and supportive services.

Provides housing vouchers through the HACC and case management
