ADOLESCENT SERVICES: THE GREENTREE SCHOOL – transitional school providing educational support. THE GREENTREE ADOLESCENT PROGRAM (GAP) – Offering help and assistance trying to make adolescent males productive part of communities. THE FUTUREBOUND TRADITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM (FTHP) – Providing housing and support such as life skills, health services, employment assistance. THE FUTUREBOUND INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAM (FILP) – Housing services in apartment based facilities. COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES: The PARENT RESOURCE CENTER – Providing free and comprehensive services such as social skills, job search skills, computer lab, housing information and health and mental fitness. The FREEDOM SCHOOL AT DC GENERAL FAMILY SHELTER – Services provided are following: Engagement in civic and social events, workshops, nutrition, health and mental health resources. The J.C. NALLE COMMUNITY SCHOOL – This school is providing its students with educational enrichment, social services and mental health support. The FAMILY CONNECTIONS PROGRAM – Providing help and support focusing on creating opportunity to define and achieve goals of self sufficiency. The MEN IN MOTION PROGRAM – Providing educational services and building greater relationships between fathers and children. FAMILY SERVICES: THE GREENTREE SHELTER (GTS) – Providing shelter in which you can find food and nutritious meals. Clothing and laundry. Counseling, tutoring, education classes and referrals. THE FAMILY STABILIZATION PROGRAM (FSP) – Transitional housing and support services are provided within this program. THE RAPID RE-HOUSING YOUNG ADULT PROGRAM (RRHYA) – Within this program they provide permanent housing and social services such as financial assistance, case management, employment and education. THE RAPID RE-HOUSING DEMONSTRATION PROJECT (RRH-DEM) – Providing transitional housing and social services. Services include: Case management, independent living skills, employment, advocacy and rental. BETTY’S HOUSE I and II – Transitional housing for immigrant women and children. THE NEW BEGINNING TEMPORARY SHELTER – Temporary housing and social service assistance. In shelter you can also be provided with food, clothing, counseling, education and training. FOSTER CARE AND ADOPTION SERVICES: INNOVATIVE FAMILY CONNECTIONS (IFC) – Providing child’s safety and well being. The GREENLEAF TREATMENT FOSTER CARE (GTFC) – Foster care program which offers placement with specialized, therapeutic foster parents, case management, health services, education and life skills development. THE NEEDIEST KIDS PROGRAM – Providing basic needs such as clothing, food and school supplies. CAMP MARIPOSA.
