Provides rent and utility assistance as well as support services in case of eviction
Transitional Housing
Provides housing, supportive services, resources, case management
Rapid Re-Housing
Provides financial assistance with rent and security deposits for up to 3 months and case management for a year
Veterans’ Housing Stability Program
Provides rental assistance, case management, financial literacy as well as rapid re-housing program providing rental security deposits and utility connection assistance, up to 3 months of rental assistance, case management, modest furniture allowance; wrap-around services: bus passes, referrals to life skills training, educational and employment services
Senior Homeless Prevention Program:
Provides one-time rental/mortgage and utility assistance, case management, rapid re-housing: financial assistance with security deposits, one month assistance with utilities and up to 3 months of rental assistance. Case management and other services include minor home repairs
Permanent Supportive Housing:
Provides housing, housing vouchers, case management

Homeless Prevention Services :
must have eviction notice / disconnection notice
must have stable income
job, SSI, SSDI, etc.
Transitional Housing :
Custody of children
must work/attend school for at least 30 hours/week
Rapid Re-Housing :
must meet the HUD definition of homelessness
must have sustainable income with 60 days
Veterans’ Housing Stability Program :
must have no dishonorable discharge status

must have Medicare
must provide according to need
must have eviction notice or notice to vacate, SAWS final notice, CPS Disconnection Notice, going into foreclosure
must have sustainable income at or below 80% AMI
must be Section 8 approved
